A clear "no" is the answer to the question "Do you have to have sex to get pregnant". Generally, during her fertile days, there is a very good chance for a woman to get pregnant, if male sperms somehow enter her vagina and fertilize the egg cell.
Of course, if you ask yourself "do you have to have sex to get pregnant", it is more likely to happen during sexual intercourse, e.g. the man ejaculates while his penis penetrates the vagina. These are actually the best circumstances to get pregnant, as the sperms only have to travel a short distance to reach the egg cell for fertilization.
But there is also a possibility for a woman to get pregnant without actually having sex, as the following examples show.
If a couple is having petting, e.g. the man has already had his orgasm, sperms are sticking to his fingers and he strokes the vagina of his partner with his fingers. Doing so, sperms could also enter the woman's vagina, find their way to the egg cell and fertilize it.
Or, if a woman uses a towel to which male sperms are sticking to clean her genitals, there is also a slight possibility that sperms might enter the vagina and cause pregnancy.
Of course, the risks for a woman to get pregnant are a lot lower if the couple does not have proper sexual intercourse, but the possibility still exists. Generally, a woman who does not want to get pregnant and does not use any type of contraceptives, should be extremely cautious during her fertile days and avoid that sperms can enter her vagina by any means.
