Pregnancy Due Date > Ovulation Calendar

An ovulation calendar will help woman to know when they are ovulating. The time shortly after ovulation is the most probable time to conceive and get pregnant so the exact ovulation date is very important if you are trying to get pregnant..

An ovulation calendar is very useful if your menstrual cycle is regular, if is not, what we recommend is to use the ovulation predictor and ovulation calculator to help you know more certainly the exact time of ovulation.

How to start an ovulation calendar:

First of all it is recomended to calculate the lengh of the cycle (from the first day of the last period to the next one).

In the case we show above the womans cycle is 30 days (counting from the first day of the period to the first day of the next period) so the most probable time to ovulate would be the 15th, exactly at the middle of the cycle.

An ovulation calendar from the last six months will help the woman to know the length of her cycle, which is very important.

Some women experience a slight pain the lower abdomen area when they are ovulating. Take that into account.
The ovulation could last 24 to 48 hour and it is recommended that you have sex regularly during this period.

The ovulation calendar is a personal matter that the woman has to design herself. It's possible to find ideas and information and also talk to the gynecologist about it for more help. But, today a better option than to just rely on ovulation calendars is to have a calculated system to know exactly the ovulation time, not just ovulation calendars but ovulation tests and calculators.

Ovulation tests are recommended because they can pinpoint the time of ovulation to within hours. Start using the ovulation predictor kit 5 days before you think you will be ovulating. Use one a day until the test gives a positive result - ie it detects LH.

That's the perfect system.
