Disposable underwear
After birth it is advisable
to use disposable paper underwear because of the secretions that come
out of the vagina in the following days.
These secretions are totally normal as the uterus cleans itself and repairs
the blood vessels that supplied the placenta with mother's blood.
If you are you preparing your maternity bag to take to the hospital, do
make sure you get some paper disposable underwear, and plenty of them.
