5. Consuming caffeine in the pregnancy:
Recent studies have shown that there might be a relationship between the frequent consumption of caffeine and abortion. Because of that, it is not recommended to drink more than two small cups of coffee daily during pregnancy and if it's possible change to decaf.

6. Take prescription drugs during pregnancy:
The golden rule is to talk to your doctor as soon as you know you are pregnant. During pregnancy there are a few prescription drugs which are safe to take, but please ask a doctor before taking any medication. Paracetamol is the only safe analgesic to take during pregnancy.
Also remember that some "natural" products can have dangerous secondary effects in pregnancy.

7. Exercise during pregnancy:
Exercise is beneficial for yours and your baby's health. Walking, swimming and soft exercises like yoga are very efective. Some sports are not recommended during pregnancy like high impact aerobic and contact sports of high risks, like riding horses or sky diving. If you are going to the gym, tell the instructor that you are pregnant and they will know which exercises to recommend.
