are going to be a mom! At this stage of pregnancy
your child will develop from a group of cells to a 6 cm long fetus. Smooth and regular exercise will help you in the pregnancy and giving birth. Yoga for pregnant women is the best option. At this stage of pregnancy you'll feel tired and more sensitive. Mood swings are normal. Don't panic if you find yourself over reacting about things, more scared, crying, worried or irritable. It's completely normal. Your body is going through a big hormonal revolution. Hot baths, aromatherapy, yoga and meditation will help along this stage of pregnancy. Things you should do during these first stage of the pregnancy: 1.- Take folic acid. It's been proved that taking folic acid
during pregnancy prevents malformations and spina bifida. Vegetables with
green leaves are rich in folic acid. 2.- Think about the nanny. When you go back to work after the maternity leave, you'll need to find somebody to look after the baby. Plan with time |
