Most women now experience morning sickness and other strong pregnancy symptoms, caused by the hormone revolution in your body, which tends to make you feel a bit more cranky.

The embryo now has the power to push the blood around its little body.

The baby is developing the face. Two buds appear into the sides of the head, that will become the ears.

Instinctively you might feel rejection for certain foods that are not good for you during pregnancy. For example: liver and pate. They contain vitamin A that is not good in excess.

Anyway sufficient vitamin A can be obtained from vegetables and yellow fruits, oranges, milk or eggs.

The nutrients in fruit & vegatables are lost when they are cooked for too long, so try to eat well-washed fresh fruit and steamed vegetables.
